Boom boom all the way

Hurray...I made it again! It was my second rafting adventure in Sg Kampar, Gopeng, Perak.My first was in Krabi :-)

Erin, A'a, Liyana and me. Poor Syifak, she couldn't make it, last minute offshore call :-(

On Friday night, we drove to Gopeng and arrived around 1.30AM !!

Frantically looking for the homestay in the dark. Drove through quiet, dark "kampung", pass by the spooky lake, gloomy bushes and trees.

Once arrived, we met up with Kak Fidza and her husband, Abg Kamarul.With heavy watery eyes, we spent some time chit chatting. A'a, Erin and Kak Fidza were schoolmates, so... memory recall session of those sweet old days :-)

We slept only for 2 or 3 hours!

In the morning, well...now only we could see how the homestay house really look like. There is a durian orchard next to it. Too bad it's not the season. Otherwise, we could eat durian as much as we want!

We drove to Gopeng town, not far from the homestay. Had breakfast while waiting for another car with a bunch of guys and of course, the organizer, Abg Adnan.

Finally, we arrived at the Nomad Adventure Rafting Center.

Went to the washroom to get changed. We end up discovering a unique toilet ..kuakuakua... 

P/S: Luckily, I could still stand tall without hitting my head on the roof.

Once changed, hop and loaded ourselves at the back of the truck, the so-called limousine. Drove up to starting point.Finally, rafting all the way down.

Boom boom all the way!
